Daylight Savings Time begins in most of the U.S. (and definitely in North Carolina!) thia Sunday, March 14. You need to move your clocks forward one hour when you go to bed on Saturday night. If you can’t remember which way to change your clocks, use this helpful play on words: “spring forward; fall back.”
